Managing Partner
Jennifer Saalfrank
Jennifer hails from 20+ in healthcare leadership in analytics, data warehousing, outreach & education, medical review, prior authorization and multiple call centers acknowledged through the receipt of a Customer Service Program of the Year Award in two consecutive years; noted accomplishments in both portal and mobile technology and advancement and increased provider compliance. Jennifer has extensive business development experience forging strategic partner relationships resulting in new business contract wins implemented flawlessly under her leadership.
Jennifer served as Board Chair from 2019 - 2022 (board member from 2013 - present) for the Horizon’s program in Indianapolis which supports students who meet the criteria for free or reduced lunch with; a fun academic learning environment, confidence in swimming and health & nutrition. Stemming from her passion to balance inequities in our communities she is pursuing her certificate in environmental policy and sustainability.

Matt Piety
Matt co-founded Affirm Group Services and leads the healthcare consulting practice. He is an experienced business transformation leader with expertise in designing and deploying strategic growth initiatives. He has partnered with leaders across healthcare to solve business challenges growing revenue, increasing membership, and reducing the cost of care without sacrificing quality. Matt has led healthcare innovation and commercialization efforts for F500s, startups, and PE-backed-platform companies.
Previously, Matt served in growth leadership roles at both large corporations and startups. He began his career in the US Navy and now actively mentors veteran founders while leading Summit Managed Solutions, a healthcare consulting firm. Matt has a MBA from Norwich University and a BS from the US Naval Academy.
